Lilies reserves the right to refuse items we consider too mouldy, or hazardous to handle safely. We will happily refund you in that case.
Mould can be exceptionally difficult to deal with and often requires multiple cleanings, while usually the normal mould surcharge is totally adequate on rare occasions an additional charge may be required to cover the cost of labor.
Car seats must be removed from the car when we pick them up, we do not remove car seats from vehicles as a policy.
All items that are dropped off must be picked up within a maximum of 5 days after you have received notification that they are complete. Delivery is also available for a fee, please call 1800 545 437 to arrange it.
At Lilies we exercise utmost care in cleaning the baby care items entrusted to us. Our 100% Chemical Free processes are, in our opinion, best suited to the nature and condition of the items we clean. Whilst we follow all evident care and clean instructions for your baby care items, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of, or defects in, materials that have exceeded the manufacturers warranty date, or are not readily apparent prior to cleaning.
Please be aware we will not attempt to clean any pram with over 10% mould coverage, and we will not clean car seats, capsules or bassinets with ANY mould for safety reasons. If you are in doubt please give us a call at 1800 545 437
Please add the appropriate number of accessories to your order. This includes items, like rain covers, seat liners, footmuffs, change bags, etc.
On rare occasions a piece of baby gear might be extensively stained or mouldy and we cannot fully clean it. The gear can be completely sanitized but some cosmetic issues may remain.
